What’s your delivery and shipping policy?

Allow 1-6 business days before your order is processed and shipped your orders. Customized items may take longer time about 15-21 business days to processing. Quaint Palace offers free shipping on all orders over USD$100.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Quaint Palace ship worldwide and a customized shipping quote will be provided during checkout based on the shipping address and items on the order. Please note that duties/taxes/VAT are not included in the order total and may be collected by the shipping carrier in the destination country.

What is your return policy?

We hope that you love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept returns for all products within 14 days of delivery.

How long will it take to receive my refund?
